According to the weak signal strength caused by the unreasonable structural design of the existing ultrasonic liquid level sensor, troublesome installation, and unstable data during operation, we redesigned the structure of the ultrasonic sensing probe inside the sensor, and introduced an externally attached ultrasonic liquid level sensor at the bottom of the fuel tank.
The external sticking type adopts the air-coupled ultrasonic technology, which reduces the influence of the bonding of the intermediate medium layer on the ultrasonic signal strength and simplifies the installation process of the sensor.
